By purchasing from or using jadclassic.com, you agree to the terms below. Please review them carefully.
1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Pricing, promotions, and product information may change without notice. J.A.D may cancel orders for fraud, system error, or misuse. Payment must clear before shipment.
2. Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. U.S. delivery normally arrives in 3–7 business days after shipment. Free U.S. shipping applies to orders $100+ (after discounts, before tax).
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. J.A.D is not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside its control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer when the carrier marks a package delivered. Customers must provide accurate addresses; reshipment fees may apply to returned or undeliverable packages.
3. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
J.A.D may issue partial refunds for items showing wear, damage, or missing components.
Customers must provide a photo of the item at the time the return is initiated (metadata or written timestamp required if metadata disabled).
Customer pays return shipping unless legally required otherwise. Refunds are issued only after inspection.
4. Defective Items
Damage or defect claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with supporting photos. J.A.D will assess and may replace or refund per California law.
5. Limited Warranty & Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by California law, products are sold “as-is” without express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Customers are responsible for proper installation and use. Performance may vary.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by California law, J.A.D is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
Total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights that cannot be waived under California law.
7. Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless J.A.D from claims or losses arising from misuse of products, breach of these Terms, or violation of law.
8. California Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes rights protected by:
• California Consumer Legal Remedies Act,
• Song-Beverly Warranty Act,
• customer inspection rights under California retail laws,
• or protections for defective or undelivered goods.
9. Data & Privacy
Personal data is handled according to the J.A.D Privacy Policy and applicable U.S./California privacy laws.
10. Accessibility (ADA / WCAG Statement)
J.A.D is committed to improving website accessibility and strives toward WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

11. Third-Party Services
J.A.D is not responsible for the accessibility or performance of third-party platforms, apps, payment processors, or carriers.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by California and U.S. law. Disputes must be brought in California courts unless prohibited by law.
